Newborn sessions
Newborns are special and have their own unique set of needs. Weather is it a feeding, diaper change or little snuggle we will work on newborn time and take our cues from the baby. With that in mind I allow up to 3-4 hours for my newborn sessions. Please be prepared to give a few extra feeding to your baby while at the session. An extra set of clothing for parents is also often very handy to have.
Family Sessions
Family sessions are typically done outdoors and last around 1-2 hours. This allows us time to focus on the special connections in your family, capturing some images of the whole family together as well as individual shots of the family members. Young children often need a little break to walk a bit or grab a quick snack and this timing allows us to do that and take their photos in a relaxed environment.
Maternity Sessions
Maternity sessions are best done between 34-36 weeks. They should be done when you are still comfortable walking a bit but when your baby bump is at it’s cutest. I encourage you to bring a few different outfits to wear that flatter your belly. I do have some chiffon maternity gowns on had too if you would like to incorporate them into your session. Maternity sessions typically last about an hour and families are always welcome.
Mini Sessions
A variety of mini session are offered through out the year. Each set of sessions will have there own pricing and times allotted. After the Session
I often put a sneek peek of your session up on my blog the week of your session and then about 2 weeks after your session I will send you the link to your private online gallery where you can view and order your photos. If you are interested in products such as photobooks, cards/announcements, and storyboards just let me know and I will create some proof images of those as well. You will be able to view them online as well before you order. After you have placed your order I send it in to my print company. Please allow about two weeks for print orders to come in and even a bit longer for some of the specialty products.
